Phlebotomy Technician

Course Information and Fees

4 Week Program
Saturdays 9am - 5pm
​Clinicals 40 hours the last week.
The Phlebotomy Technician program educates students to collect blood and process blood and body fluids, and clinical procedures under the supervision of a Physician or Nurse Practitioner. Phlebotomists typically work in concert with clinical laboratory personnel and other healthcare providers in clinics or other healthcare facilities. Through classroom work
and skills lab training, students learn to collect blood specimens by venipuncture, finger sticks, heel sticks. Upon successful completion, students are prepared to sit for the NHA National Certification Exam.
